TCLIP은 지역 전문가와 시를 연결하고, 포용적 설계 프레임워크를 사용하여 프로그램을 공동 개발하며, 프로젝트 결과를 평가하고 지역사회 그룹과 모범 사례를 공유함으로써 시범 프로그램을 지원할 것입니다. 멘티들은 지방 정부에 대한 귀중한 통찰력을 얻고, 잠재적인 커리어를 발견하며, 지역 고용주 및 기관과 연결할 수 있을 것으로 기대됩니다. 시 멘토들은 새로운 이민자 및 기타 평등을 추구하는 개인을 지원하는 방법에 대해 교육을 받게 되며, 이러한 그룹이 직면한 도전에 대한 이해를 높이게 됩니다. 이번 프로그램은 최근에 열린 Growing Together Employment Forum의 추진력을 이어갑니다. 참가자들은 평등을 추구하는 배경을 가진 사람이어야 하며, 4개월 동안 매월 2시간을 할애해야 합니다. 이상적인 후보자는 캐나다 영어 언어 벤치마크 레벨 6을 소지해야 합니다. 지금 신청이 가능하며, 자격을 갖춘 개인은 2024년 1월 14일 이전에 신청하도록 권장됩니다.
